MY WORKSHOP

AN INSIDE LOOK

Over the last 40 years I have had many different workshops. I now work in what is probably the smallest but best equipped and most comfortable workshop I’ve ever had!

I use a long bed Myford ML7 lathe and an Emco FB-2 milling machine and have extensive tooling for both. I have a pillar drill, pendant drill, bespoke bench motor and use a Quadrant gas and air silver soldering torch. There are also several specialist tools such as slot cutters and a differential air pressure gauge and so on.

Although compact my workshop has facility enough for all woodwind and brass making and repairing work.
